i have stayed in double room with a balcony for 3 nights. it was next to the central park, the kutaisi airport and the centre of kutaisi, particularly good and magnificent location overall.

my room included tv with satellite channels, climate control, and coffee/tea makers. the staff was kind, always on hand when needed. the location was marvellous, for example, a reconstructed 11th - century cathedral was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
